This is the future of personal training. Created in the UK by leading experts in exercise, nutrition and diet, Fitbug is based on the principles of balancing what you eat and what you do. Small enough to fit into your pocket, bag or on your belt, it records all your physical activity and reports back to Movers & Shapers’ Personal Instructors to log your daily energy use.

This can then be combined with information on what you’ve eaten that day to help you to chart your progress. The main aim is for you to gradually build more activity into your day. For example “I need to do 500 more steps to beat my target so I’ll take a stroll round the shops after work before jumping on the train.” And it’s not just logging your progress, it’ll help motivate you too with our Personal Instructors on hand to advise you and keep you in line with your goals. It’s as if you have a personal trainer gently nudging you at all times.
