The first Movers & Shapers store, combining a boutique-style retail offering with an intimate workout studio, was established in 2007. Our goal is to open 100 stores nationally in major towns and cities across the UK, focusing primarily but not exclusively, on high street locations with as little as 900 square feet. Our brand is more than just a sign over the door. It represents our entire approach to our business and our clients, our culture and our beliefs about our organisation. It is one of the key differentiators between Movers & Shapers and the rest of the market.
Our concept is delivered using two state-of-the-art technologies, Power Plate® and Fitbug®, together with a high degree of personal instruction and motivation. We do not ask for any dramatic lifestyle changes from our clients. No gym regimes or faddy diets. The approach is built around two Power Plate® sessions a week, always with an Instructor and in small groups, plus Fitbug® to track activity and nutrition and encourage increased but achievable cardio-vascular activity.
Lifestyle, body statistics and key health indicators are monitored and regular feedback of progress ensures clients are motivated towards achievement of their goals.
