Movers & Shapers is a groundbreaking high street concept for health and fitness services combining fast-track resistance training - Power Plate - with convenient cardiovascular exercise - Fitbug - to provide a complete and personalised approach to weight loss, toning and fitness.

Clients visit the boutique-style space twice a week for 30 minute Instructor-led sessions in groups of no more than 5. Outside of these sessions, activity and nutrition is tracked and feedback given to clients both in-store and online to help progress towards their goals.
