“My reason for going to Movers & Shapers was to tone up and to feel fitter and better about myself. I joined 6 weeks ago and went to two classes a week and I also started walking with my Fitbug to get some cardio exercise. However, my diet stayed the same. After only 6 weeks I was very pleased to see that I have reached my goal; I had lost 4cm off my hips, 2cm off my waist and around 1cm off my arms, legs and chest. I am feeling much more toned, I feel fabulous and my clothes are fitting much better now.
